We continue to get questions about how we are handling the Covid-19 Pandemic. Yes, we are accepting bookings for Texas events! We have missed out on so much during the past year and can't wait to be back at parties. As we transition back to normal (however long that will take!), we continue to do our best to keep you and our staff safe.
Here are some of the precautions we are taking:
-All staff will wear face coverings for the duration of setup and event
-Props will not be provided, with the exception of prop signs, which will be periodically sanitized during the event
-Hand sanitizer will be available for guest use, on the prop table
-Periodic cleaning of booth touch screen
-Any additional measures requested by client, to be communicated in writing prior to the event
We have also added a new clause to our contracts:
If the event is postponed due to restrictions on large gatherings due to the Corona virus (COVID 19) or other reasons beyond the Customer’s control, Plush will use reasonable efforts to provide the same equipment and services on a revised event date, and if it is not able to do so, Plush will refund the 50% retainer.
